Does Tianeptine need to be taken with good or something, anyone know?
I mixed it with some water this morning (I take the liquid form), and now I'm at the gym and have been doing all kinds of exercises and sweating, but now I'm starting to feel dizzy... I've been working out most days this week and haven't felt dizzy like this while working out before. But I didn't eat any food either. I don't want to eat before my morning workout, just drinking water, since it would be more difficult and more uncomfortable to workout.
Can anyone advise me on what's going on? Should I drink a glass of juice before my morning workouts, in addition to Tianeptine, my antidepressant, and the multiple vitamins I take? I'm starting to feel dizzy and nautious again, like I need to lay down. Ugh... :(((
