Baclofen

Xyrem vs Baclofen. I'm about to, somewhat reluctantly, ask my doctor about Xyrem. Someone mentioned Baclofen as an alternative. Sleeping pills don't help me get restorative sleep at all. I know this is a muscle relaxant Is it taken in two doses too? Can you have a drink or two on earlier in the evening? Is it as effective?

Does anyone have experience with baclofen vs xyrem? Probably going to start taking Baclofen soon and curious as to the similarities and effectiveness.
