melatonin lowers LH, so unless you suffer from insomnia, don't use it too much. I say this cus I've seen you in the other sarm groups before and we want high LH levels. Huperzine prevents choline from breaking down, also increasing hgh release. Melatonin vs Huperzine increases growth hormone too and is a strong antioxidant.
by the way, if you are gonna use melatonin, make sure you don't swallow whole capsules. it's usually dosed in 2-3 mg each cap but you want around 0.3 mg sublingually, it's a better dose to prevent tiredness and mini-depression the next day, for me a dose like that is also enough to make me tired enough to fall asleep without side effects
