Phenibut vs Qualia, Alpha Brain, Nootrobox, Trubrain, Ciltep and other noot mixes?
Tina

Neither of the listed stimulants and mixes (Phenibut, Nootrobox, Trubrain e.t.c.) has helped me, however, The only substance helped is Modafinil, ( generic version from SunModalert) I suffer excessive daytime sleepiness due to several sleep disorders. It helps me with my drowsiness, but doesn't really help with my physical fatigue, and if I'm too tired, it sometimes doesn't help at all. When it does work, I still have to be careful not to overdo it. I feel awake, so sometimes it gives me a false sense of having energy, so I have to remember to pace just as much as if I hadn't taken it.

I think that's the trick to any stimulants, even caffeine. They can give you a boost, but remember, if you didn't have energy before and are spending it now, you're stealing tomorrow's energy and will have to make it up somehow. Sometimes, you have no choice, you have to get trough a family function, make a doctor's appt, etc. However, if you're taking them to make you feel better or to get rid of the drowsiness feeling, you need to still pace yourself and only use today's energy. Otherwise, you'll crash hard later on, and be worse for it.

Never tried Qualia, Alpha Brain and other mixes. I think it's better and cheaper to buy noots separately. Phenibut is great. Use it once in a while when I've been shut away in my room coding a project for a few weeks. Reminds me I: 1. don't need it to be social, 2. need to stop disconnecting from people for long periods of time.

Never take more than 2g and always distribute it throughout the day. Two pills here, two pills later before you go out and you'll be more open. It's not a drug you feel, it just eliminates any second guessing or chatter in your brain socially. You can really learn some good reference experience so that you can stop using it and be a more socially confident person if done right.

too many ingredients means none have clinical dosing for real effectiveness, plus the options offered to purchase and the high pricing lead me to think that this product is not worth the time of day, let alone the asking price. very helpful for sleep, but tolerance builds up quickly. there's no physiological or psychological addiction. don't take it every day, though, because if you take too much, you're going to have a fucking terrifying night.

Looking into Qualia... Isn't it possible to do a spectrochemical analysis of the active ingredients and imitate the stack? $99 is expensive. I guess they are taking off the risk of mixing, procurement, ""research"" and others, but yeah we're paying a huge premium for this. I would start off with the basic stacks and then keep adding whatever works. That being said, if the marketing is even 50% true, it's cool - 20 mins results and long term impact? Closer to NZT-48 as it can get! Isn't that all of our long term goal?

People don't start taking phenibut declaring that they're going to get addicted to it. They say they'll be "safe" and not take it more than they should.

Once you get that sweet spot with phenibut, in which you have massive confidence and you feel stress free: who wants to feel that way a couple of times a month? We want to feel that way all the time. Nootropic mixes like Nootrobox, Alpha Brain and others are too overprised and less effective, cause too many ingredients. Phenibut is the deal

My "I'll be good" turned into taking 3-4 grams daily. I was saved by a helpful member and fasoracetam and tapering and it was still awful. If I'd not had faso and benzos, it would've been much worse. I tried to cold turkey with faso first and began twitching and jerking and nothing was making sense; crying...I have no clue what damage I've done to dopamine, etc., which I already have genetic issues with.

Nothing will change your mind if you really want to start taking it, but trust me: no one starts taking it with the idea that they're going to get addicted to it. It's a struggle for me not re-order.

Never tried Phenibut because I saw so many posts by members trying to get off of it. It's not applicated for Qualia and Alpha Brain according to a reviews.

Qualia, Alpha Brain: Mixed opinion. Price/Effect factor is very low. Phenibut: very helpful for sleep, but tolerance builds up quickly. there's no physiological or psychological addiction. don't take it every day, though, because if you take too much, you're going to have a fucking terrifying night. Will try Modafinil soon, it seem to be the best solution

There are so many ingredients in Qualia, Nootrobox, Trubrain and other noot mixes that it's hard to say which ones are benefiting you personally.

I was addicted to phenibut and had to taper, I went too quickly on the taper and had a seizure. I still struggle with the paws from it but take fasoracetam which helps a lot. Please if you take phenibut don't do it everyday and tolerance builds up quick, I'd recommend only taking it a couple of times a month and at the most once a week. I have read about people taking it for a week straight then stopping and going through withdrawals. I took it for over a year and my tolerance was high, I took almost 12 grams a day. I am finally off that shit and won't go back to it. I take other herbs, exercise and eat healthy this has helped my anxiety tremendously. It's good that your asking about it, I wish I was more informed about phenibut before I started taking it. Be safe
