Hi, anyone suffering from insomnia?

What's a good stack to counteract sleep deprivation and stay sharp?

Currently I am thinking:
Tyrosine, Sulbutiamine, Adrafinil, Oxiracetam
Caffeine and Theacrine

Thanks!

caffeine can help but you have to be careful and combine it with l-theanine if possible, also l-tryptophan can be quite nice as its the base compund for melatonin and also serotonine i think

Pretty easy solution. Use ashwaganda, magnesium , honey and poppyseed extract. Koed instantly

Modafinil is perhaps the best thing to counteract the effects of sleep deprivation, Jesse is right though, most of us are definitely suggesting sleep more, melatonin, thc, ltheanine, tryptophan, ashwagandha. Pick one.

a good stack to counteract sleep deprivation and stay sharp" - Once I'm sleep deprived, nothing counteracts it for long except for a decent run of sleep. I might be able to speed myself up with the likes of caffeine and sulbutiamine but that only works for a day and then I'm zonked again (often worse than before). Decent sleep is the answer.

Some of these recommendations don't make much sense to me -- how would melatonin or theanine help one stay alert after sleep deprivation? It seems they'd do the opposite. I have been looking for the answer to this myself but haven't found a really suitable option. I think the answer lies in a good histamine producing agent AND adenosine receptor antagonists like caffeine. Ideally I'd love an adenosine deaminase to break down the adenosine, since it's the buildup of adenosine that creates the sleep feeling. No luck in finding one though.

I just discovered that CoQ10 100mgs works for putting me to sleep, even after two cups of coffee (I'm a one cup gal) and piracetam. A flu is going around so I at first thought I was fighting it off by falling back to sleep in the morning after breakfast, the news, and the before mentioned. So much for using CoQ10 for energy...
