Over the past few months I’ve been following this group and taking notes. The list below is what I’ve selected from the jewels I’ve found. My thanks goes to everyone who contributed.

MY GOAL IS TO COMBAT: light depression, insomnia, becoming less sharp due to ageing (middle-aged) and Wellbutrin usages, lack of sufficient memory/motivation when studying foreign languages. Thanks to Wellbutrin, I also want to reduce any wrinkles recently acquired.

MY HISTORY: First off, I’m a chronic insomniac (but it’s improving for the good). Secondly, three/four years ago I went on Zoloft to numb emotions but as it was working way too well (started making bad decisions about diet/health) I switched to Wellbutrin after a year or so (can’t remember). I got off Wellbutrin a few weeks ago due to memory loss mentioned in this group and increased wrinkles mentioned elsewhere (both are happening - how lucky can one get). I’ve also stopped taking melatonin (unless desperate) as it dulls my brain until noonish.

Additional notes: I’m now overweight due to the Zoloft so started the Keto diet. I’m also in the process of adding an exercise regime (treadmill, T-Tapp, Kettlebells). Meditation is also in the wings… (I’m reviewing apps).

I’m not a chemist/knowledgeable so was hoping someone could advise me 1) which ones cancel out, and 2) what I could add/subtract. The plan is to cycle the Racetams+ until they are finished, only purchasing more of what works for me.

….

ADDED TO CLARIFY:

Unless informed otherwise, the plan is to take these everyday: Longterm Changes, Mr Happy Stack, Vitamins, BioSil, DMAE H3, and caffeine (up to two cups per day). Most everything else will be cycled (especially the racetams).

In addition, I intend on trialling where needed (I won’t just throw everything in at the start).

….

Again, thanks to everyone who unknowingly contributed.

making melatonin consistent at 300mcg/night would be good. 1mg and over is way too much and results in unmetabolized melatonin remaining in the morning, leading to morning grogginess. Consistent melatonin supplementation does not cause dependence or withdrawal – melatonin is not produced via negative feedback. Increasing Vitamin C to 1g and above - also helpful.
