If its safe its effect it will only be marginal. HIIT and Cold Water immersion is good. Improving Testosterone/Estrogen ratio is also helpful if you want to get shredded. DIM is a good supplement for this.

Enhance your Insulin sensitivity/other general metabolism/health markers. Generally most adaptogens/phytomedicinals do this. A list of good shit: Curcumin, Black cumin oil, Black pepper extact, Fresh Ginger root, Green tea extract (Caffeine helps from any source, pair with Theanine & it's closer to a true nootropic), Frankincense, Myrrh, Guggul Gum, Dammar Gum, Asafoetida, Most other gums (Aloe,Arabic,Elemi?...)
Best to melt them and combine them with Lecithin and a fat, since most are oleo-resins that are difficult to digest, also containing a fraction of complex sugars that is very very slow digesting which I find good for satiety (myrrh & frank, not sure of others)

if you are looking for a pill to take, clenbuterol is by far the best fat burner. although you need to be careful with it. in misuse it's deadly, but can be used safely when done in moderate amounts.

Clen is illegal here, as far as I know, clen and winstrol would be ultimate cut, but that's to remove the last 2% for someone who was already down to 10% ~ exercise, eat right, sleep. I like the ketogenic approach, down 8lbs in 3 weeks.
